poor service at its best

<p>I app**** for change surname and additional name last year april 2016 i was told by polokwane officials of home affairs that it shall only take 6 -8 months i waited patiently now its february no change made yet myself and my wife call to find out we are told application can be seen but its not yet done .reason why not done are unknown.every time we call in we shall be advise to call after a week to no positive answer .payments for this changes were made.officials who answers phone there is nothing positive they are telling us where we feel this department is department of sorrow and confusion. There is nothing they are doing to help citzens except propaganda they speak on tv.polokwane office tells us that pretoria shall help but nothing is happening to date</p>
