Poor Service at Home Affairs Rustenburg Branch, Tlabane mall

We started passport application for my daughter on 7th August 2026 as an online application and went to the Home Affairs Rustenburg Branch to complete the application . A month later and we haven't recieved the passport because the application is hanging. The application was submitted with no photograph captured on the system. Weve gone to the branch 3 times now and have not recieved assistance. We called the home affairs contact centre (case number ***) for assistance and they advised us to go back to the branch as the matter can only be resolved there. Im traveling in 2 weeks and still dont have a passport for my daughter.
