Poor service at Home Affairs

I have always heard about POOR service from DHA until I experienced it myself!!! I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter,waited for 3 and half months..when it came, every detail was wrong.I returned it and was told to wait for 2 weeks, it's been a month now, the call centre cannot help,nobody can help, I have sent emails, nothing is happening!!! if I did not need that certificate, I would have not app**** for it! The only thing they can see is: "details to be rectified", which is what I asked them to do a month ago...Where is the service in our country???
