Poor Service at Harding home affairs

I went to DHA at Harding kzn on the 16-04-2026 to submit a divorce decree and I was not that they cannot assist me because the decree was granted in eastern cape so I must go submit it there, mind you I stay and work at Harding but I had travel to eastern cape just for that
