POOR SERVICE AT DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS IN LUSIKISIKI.

My niece applies for an ID document last year in 28 August 2017, in Lusikisiki. Till date she has not received it. Is this how the departments serves the citizens of South Africa? Is this ethical and professional? She recently went to the home affairs and she was told that she cant even get a temporary ID. The service consultant was extremely rude, he said to her she must go home and wait and he also does not know when its going to come out. What is going on? Disgraceful pathetic service.
