Poor service at Brits Home Affairs Branch
Horrible Service ever I booked appointment online for Group (Consist of myself, my wife & Son) I follow all the necessary steps for booking & choose date & time that system predicted to be available slot.
On the day, I requested time out of work hoping to be assisted on the 20th of December 2024 between 13h00 -14h00.
On our arrival, I checked with security officer at the door - informing him about the arrangements (Time slot & group booking) he pointed where we should stand , outside the building, we didn't mind since we were few minutes earlier.
At the exact time I went to remind him, he instructed us to wait he'll call us soon, 30 minutes late answer was still the same, even on 13:45 , only at pass 2 we were allowed in.
We queued inside for 10 minutes, the only thing happened fast was being called to where they confirmed whether I/we booked online, I showed them Reference from email, they wanted my ID number & generated Ticket number - I asked whether that number cover all of us (They we not even aware of group booking) what is the use for online booking?
Only then, they asked my wife & son's Id number to generate their tickets.
We were then send back to queue on sits, another 10+ minutes called each to FOTO booth.
It's now 16:00 - we still sitting, only 1 person on computer number 7 is assisting. We don't know what to expect, whether we'll be assisted before end of business day.
Whether online booking or not if we can be treated with honor & respect as human & clients to the employees of this Department,
The overseers of the brach if possible install CCTV CAMERA and monitor how we suffer , waiting to get service.
