Poor service as always

I have been here to collect my Id at Tje DHA in Maponya Mall they are telling us they cant assist us because their server does not connect to the main server. For the past three days it's been the same problem, had the staff assisted us insted of palying with their phones they would have pished the queue and we would have been out of here before the system went offline. It is really frustrating that one has to spend money going up and down and yhe next best thing they will say we should go collect our IDs at Pretoria. Why do yhey not have a backup system because they know that their system is always OFFLINE. Where will i get the time and the money to come back again here? We are not taken seriously in these Government institutions. All they care about is their salaries not providing the service.
