Poor service ar home affairs

I app**** for my PRP on 26\oct\2017 Every time I call or send an email I get an email that says it's still at 1st quality assuarence ... it's been more than 12 months of waiting and I have no option now but to contact my lawyers coz it seems like home affairs cant help me on their own.
