Poor service and no urgency

I phoned Dept of home affairs now to find out why they are taking so long with my daughters Unabridged birth certificate, as I have been waiting since mid Aug for the Unabridged birth Certificate, they said it would take 6 weeks, and it has been 4 months. They lady on the phone said they are looking for the paper I filled in so they can process the documents and issue the Unabridged birth certificate, they gave me a case number and now I must call back once again next week to follow up.<br>
