Poor service

I would like to query the Offline System of Maponya, I was here at Maponya Offices on Friday the whole, they kept on telling us that they are offline, I an there again today since 06h30 this morning, they are still telling us the samething, I would just like to find out if it's true and are you aware of the situation at Maponya Offices?
