Poor Service

There is an official in Home Affairs Offices in Orlando by the name of Mfundo he says, he has the most terrible service, attitude or lack of ear.

He just never wants to listen to what you have to say and all he is all about is how 'he knows of what's required of him and what he should do', true he does but may he at least make time to listen to an individuals' story and try to understand nor refer to another person for further pull of information on how to assist.

Please have the gentleman called into order because a lot of people aren't just happy about he speaks nor replies.
