Poor Service

With all the recent negative news articles you would think Dept Home Affairs would up their game a little. Long queues at Maynard Mall , Wynberg. New Applications on one floor in the mall and collections on another floor. People sitting and standing all over.. No clear demarcation or indication of where you must queue for whatever it is you coming for. After 3 days of trying to collect my ID , I guess I will have to set my alarm again for 3 in the morning to be in line by 5. Praying all the time from the minute we leave home using public transport until we in the line. To the staff at DHA , when you speak to the public please don't make it sound like you speaking to yourself. Not everyone is good at lip reading. Please know South Africans are entitled to this service ,albeit the quality is less than what we deserve , you are not doing us favours. Please , please look at alternative methods of working , because clearly your current one in not .
