Poor service

<p>I'd like to report the Wynberg department of home affairs for their poor services. I got here at 2:45 to apply for my passport that I need to use next week, but I was turned back together with the people that I was with. Their reason is because they claim to have met the maximum number of people they can serve for the day. How is that possible cause some individuals of a certain color are allowed to go through and when we ask why those individuals were allowed they tell us that it is because their cases are different to ours, like really? We are turned back without even being asked our cases. And they even claim that their offices will close at 15:30 and they won't be opened on the weekends, where is fairness in that? Why are treated like this?</p>
