Poor Service

<p>On 11 April 2017 I went for my ID and Passport Application. On 20 APril I recieved notification that omy passport is ready for collection and upon enquiring about my ID it was told that it was at the printers and there was a problem. Three weeks ago on 18 May i enquired again and was told that it is still at printers. I recieved a reference number but still no notification of my ID. I enquired agai today and was told by Adelaide that it is at quality. I was also told by them that I should wait whne my ID is ready before collecting my passport then it saves me a trip. I paid a lot of money for both my ID and Passport and if I dont collect withing 3 months they will discard of it. I want a refund if my ID is not ready by next week.</p> <p> </p>
