Poor service

Arrived at Department of Home Affairs in East London branch, was assisted by the manager Ms Nozintombi Nozuzo who told us that we could not be assisted because it was full but we got there an hour before closing time, because it was Friday they want to go home early. Had to ask for a day off from work so that I can come here it’s really not fair
