Poor service

<p>Im writing this review on behalf my spouse whos id is not working she was told the Id is Blocked and no further information was given , further more she ahs been told to go to immigration which does not make the Id worked at a bank and at shoprite and Usave so i assume if the Id was really Blocked it should have been rejected could we please get an understanding on whats going on here names are Dipuo Maku Id ********** 218087 the staff at home affairs are very impossible and will not asssit us the progress has taken about 6 months now we cannot even register our daughters Birth certificate without here Id please help</p>
