Poor Service

<p>Department of Home Affairs in oPongolo is not doing his job they do not want change the Surname for my child and I waiting for my birth Certificate for 4 Months now and no respond to them and today I spoke to Mr Mtshali he said the surname has not been changed yet for 4 Months full now and i want it urgent !!!!!!!</p>
