Poor Service

Maponya offices, wow....saying bad service will be an understatement, they are horrible to say the least. I went for my ID collection, I just went for my ID collection, told by security officer at the door that there is a quee, oh infact 2 for collection but I must not bother because they stopped taking people for collections in the morning Then why are people still standing in this scorching heat, without being address, lemme tell you why, it's because nobody gives a hoot about us as society Let's not even touch the manner of approach when you try to ask questions from anyone there

Thank you to our current Government, u failing us at all angles, now I have to try get another day from work to come back, hoping your employees will be in a mood to work
