Poor service

Mamelodi home affairs it is useless goverment institutions just like mamelodi hospital.

At Mamelodi Home affairs it takes you the whole day just to applying for Id or passport....what shocked me the most i was at that home affairs sitting outside the cold weather & the workers where sitting just chatting not attending us we sit there from 8h00 we were attended at 2:30 mind you they close at 3:30.

When I collect my passport they open at 9 oclock instead of 8 oclock....we sitted there waiting to be assisted they only attend us after an hour. This is very dissapointing it shows that they careless for people & people go through this all the time goverment will do nothing.
