Poor service

I have been to various home affairs for th past month for an application for passport. Went to Prospecton home affairs, scottburgh, parkrynie all th above offline. App**** online application was successful after a week. To get biometrics done here again offline. How does a citizen win with this type of services. Called pinetown queried spoke to th supervisor who was not helpful she stated thy are online but can go offline. She went in to say they have long queues with pensioners etc. I needed answers for biometrics and explained being away from work doesn't make it easier. No joy. I am really sick an tired of this type of services. There is no system someone should do something about this. It is sad to note that the employees of these home affairs some are arrogant.
