Poor service
On the 10/03/18 Friday at around 14:00 I arrived at dpt of home affairs stood on the que as usual .At 14:40 the security began to take people inside up until the last person in front of me .I waited in front of the door hoping I will enter bt to my surprise the time was 15:15 and they close @15:30 I then went to the security to enquire about possibility that will be assisted because people were coming from inside complaining about the "offline" system. The security told us to ask the lady which was providing que numbers ,We were the last 12 the Lady told she cannot help us cause their system couldn't take the added anymore. We requested to see the supervisor ...apparently the same person passed us outside and went to the chemist when she comes back she didn't listen to us and went to the help desk she was not even wearing her name badge she was called Mme Mampie .We made our statement and told us the same story and she advised us to sit while she is busy enquiring. After some time She came back and told us thers stil 14 people outstanding for collection and we may be patient and be sitted in the meantime .The people that we were with were assisted without tickets unfortunately we stayed up until 16:30 then the lady who was called Nothemba and the other Lady told the 4 of us tht will not be able to assist people without the que numbers ...then they closed their p.c's and carry their handbags left us high and stranded inside the building but the people who we came with from out were helped because thy were not vocal like us.Worse than all my child was supposed to register for voting as He is turning 18 next year...please people help home affairs department not to cut the que everyday!!
