Poor service

I have receive a very poor service at Fnb home affairs west at sour street Johannesburg ,I have app**** for smart card on the 22th of December 2017 till now which is the 1st of February I have not yet received any SMS, when I went there they can't even s***ling to me why its took so long, they said I have to wait they are sending email for follow up, I mean really my temporary ? i expired now, what a poor service I have experienced
