Poor service

I tried to do a passport application. They said they need to enroll my fingerprints 1st this was done 3weeks already but still no feedback i have tried to do the application 3 times after this and they cant do it. The one system says the prints are enrolled the other system cant do a verification. And no feedback is provided back as to why
