poor service

I knocked everywhere possible at DHA office, phoned, email i mean everywhere..nobody is still not willing to assist me, I app**** for my renewal permit almost 3months ago and still waiting....however heard they said they have "backlog " due to corona ,I really didn't mind waiting until my realtor called and I urgently need the valid permit before signing all necessary documents or else they cancel my application, I tried explaining this to homeaffairs officers but they couldn't careless, they even go to extend of being rude (call center agent)ohh I don't need all their acts really
