POOR SERVICE

app**** for my daughter unabridged certificate as per Government requirement in 08/05/2015 , Today in 30 October 2015 and still i don't have the unabridged certificate , i have made many , many time called the department contact center given a case number *** and still 3 months later no -one can tell me where is the certificate. and now i have a problems ,my daughter needs to go to pre-school next year and they would not accept her without unabridged certificate . What do i do ? where else do you go to complain about the Dept for being ***********?, Do i go back and make another application and pay again? .This durban office is by the notorious for *****. i hope someone did not take my daughter's birth certificate and committed ***** with it
