Poor Poor Service

I arrived at Home Affairs Durban in Umngeni at 9am, was told to stand in the blazing sun as they did not have numbers ready for us. After an HOUR AND 30 MINUTES I get to the lady, had the receipt and my ID to collect my sons certificate, she tells me it was not done. Mind them I app**** for it in November 2015. When asked when I can come back for it she tells me call the 0800 number. I do so and agent Faith Mbulawa tells me it has delayed and she herself doesn't know when I can go back and get it!!! What now? I have to go to Home Affairs every day, miss work just cause they don't know anything about their processes?! Home affairs and the staff that works there are rather *********** and know nothing about putting customers first.
