Poor lazy service

Durban commercial street home affairs services are the worst I've ever had... I've been there 3 times to collect my ID and still I have not got it although it has arrived They are not informative yesterday I had to spend 6 hrs before we were told that they have a system update international so they offline due to system updates from Back in Pretoria.... I called Pretoria, only to find out they operating just fine, then call commercial branch and tell them ive Pretoria they it was a mistake only Durban branches are offlone but then right afterward thats we were told come back tomorrow and join the line this will have to be the 4th time... When they are not offline they spend more time eating, chatting and laughing about their personal lives. That branch really they to be looked into my senior management or something ppl are getting paid there but doing far less than what they should be doing and have a terrible attitude
