Poor Government Service

Why must people wait years to get unabridge/vault copies of birth death or marriage certificates. This is a paid service if it was free then one cannot complain but its a paid service after about 400 emails and still 6 certificates outstanding is a pathetic service. You write to minister office emails just get forwarded to next person the next person does not even acknowledge just ignores it in my time as a public official getting paid by tax payers if an instruction wad ignored disciplinary steps could be taken and can be a dismissal but Home Affairs keeps hiding behind Covid. I was already asked whether I am a agent no I am not I am not prepared to be part of *******ion I even gave a nr of staff that takes money to expidite nothing has been done
