Poor excuse of a department

What a joke of a department. I registered my marriage over a month ago and im stil waiting for a certificatr that should have taken 3weeks to come out. They can register ******* marriages submitted by nigerians a lot quicker. Or maybe it is because i didnt bribe anyone? Because thats how they opetate, *******ion takes priority. None of their lines work either. All phones for every dbn branch and including their so called hotline arr never answered by anyone
