Poor customer service at Dept of Home Affairs Bronkhorstspruit

Bronkhorstspruit Home Affairs useless customer services, my kids have been standing in the queue since 7am, system only came on at 10am. Still standing in the queue outside the building at 2:30pm and you are closing at 3:30pm. Not everyone can take off multiple days for your bad services!!!!
