Poor customer service

I was at the department of home affairs at Brits on the 27th September 2017. The service I received was very very poor. We had to wait outside the premises for about 2 hours because they apparently have meetings every Wednesday. No one said anything to us regarding that until we asked. When we got inside we had to wait for another hour before receiving service because the systems were down(well we assumed so because they kept rebooting the systems without telling us what the problem was). I don't know where to report such so I am hoping you can be of assistance. The service was very very bad. Please assist.
