Poor control

I app**** for an ID in December at Qonce Home Affairs and till today haven’t received communication that my ID is ready for collection. Then today I decided to leave work early and go check it. I arrived at the door by 15:27 and the door that is supposed to be closed at 15:30 was already closed not that it was being closed. I stood there waiting for the attention of the security officer and eventually after about 2 minutes he came to me and when I asked him what time do they close he said 15:30 and I showed him it was only 15:30 and he said it might be that the time on our watches differs. After a lot of back and forth I asked him what was the time on his phone and surprisingly it was the same as mine, and I lost it and told him he is a ****. Even after that he told me I can say whatever I want to say he is in charge and I was not going to get access. Even after I had told him how urgent I needed the ID, he told me it was not his problem. I really didn’t like the treatment and arrogance he showed.
