Poor client service

We have been to home affairs today in secunda mpumalanga for a passport for my baby.When we came there,there were a very long row,we were advised to complete the vorms and stand in the row.We have been standing in that row for 4 and a half hours.There are only 3 seats to sit and there was a lot of women with small baby's.The lady who was doing cashier has to do pick ups and help clients.The women's sits on the floor,that is pathetic.
