PLS HELP ME Struggle to get my daughter birth certificate right for 3 years now

My daughter was born in 2015 and the they take my ID and wife's ID to register her at the hospital and the they got my ID number wrong on it and when my wife show the they said I can only correct it at home affairs so I went to home affairs then they said I need a police state ment that said what happened so I did and I went back just to tell me now they can't help me and they sent me to a nother one and so they send me around and around from one to a nother and then in January this year the manager of rustenburg home affairs have said it should have bine done long time ago and I agreed and he let me filde in a lot of paper work to change my daughter surname to mine and to correct my ID number on it and said to me it will only take 6 weeks then it will be completed its now 7 months later and still not done all they keep on say it is in progress and that's were it stays with them and now its 3 years later I can't go any wear because I can't signed for my daughter she can't get a pass port so that we can imagrate to new Zealand just because the **** up my daughter birth certificate
