Please help fixing the matter

I was in home affairs my girlfriend Zanele app**** for her ID on the 27th of October we've been struggling to get her ID because everytime we go there the system is offline and long queues. The service is very bad there but finally today we got it after a fight .

We also tried to call the hotline number it's wasn't going through just voice records only.

Thanks to the senior who helped us out after we demanded to speak to the management .

People come there early before they even open but their welcoming Bord is showing offline since morning.

They don't have customer service at all, they don't even update people regularly on what they are expecting.
