Please help a poor pensioner get her ID back so she re-get her grant money again

Salminah Mathonsi of 86 years residing at Giyani, she's a pensioner making a living through her grant and she is taking care of her grandchildren. This month she didn't get her pension money and she went to the SASA where they told her to go to the home affairs and check in the system if she is not sharing ID number with someone else. After they had checked in their system they (home affairs) told her that her ID doesn't appear in their records. She asked them why it wasn't in the system as she had been using it for more years and getting paid by using the ID card. She asked them to issue her with another ID card and they told her that they are no longer issuing ID cards for people who have IDs, now they are focusing on the first time ID applicant and learners. She ended helpless and above all she's taking a heart treatment, high blood and mostly she used to buy pills from pharmacy.
