Please bring back the CONFIRMATION LETTER

I did a CONFIRMATION LETTER in January but it has not returned yet they said it's going to take 3 months but now it's over 8 months now my life stuck I can't find a job and I'm doing my first year the bursaries don't want to pay for my tuition because they need this CONFIRMATION LETTER before making the payment this delay with Home affairs is making my life really difficult I have been struggling the whole year.
