Pleasantly surprised

On the 8th September 2017 I made an application at the Department of Home Affairs an unabridged birth certificate, I was told it would not take more than 8 week, 3 months later I follow up and nothing has been done. After trying to call all the contact details listed on the system for a solid week I sadly receiving absolutely no answer at any number or no help or assistance from the one lady who answered the phone at Wynberg's Home Affairs telling me and I quote " you just have to wait till we send it". Almost giving up hope, I was pleasantly surprised to come across the contact centre number on the website ( ********** ) and spoke to Mr. Busiswo Ndhlovu who so willingly and patiently listened to my case and this three months later of waiting for a certificate to be sent. He was understanding and extremely sympathetic with a helpful demenour, explained to me that he will escalate the matter and within two working days I can call back, quoting my reference number.

I must say its really nice to come accross people who dont owe you anything, but show compassion and the willingness to assist. Well done! Do keep that employee his an asset to the organisation and I hope he grows in the organisation perhaps then finally things will change because honestly the rest are all USELESS!!!
