Pleading with home affairs to give me daughters passport urgently

<p>I have phoned pretoria endlessly, i have tried everything to try and get hone affairs to help me get my daughters passport by 5/01/2016 as im travelling and urgently need it, no one seems to be able to helo and the status of the application does not seem to be moving at all since last week, i understand there are lots of people who urgently need their passports as well but no even attempts to help. Please i am travelling on 5 of january and i urgently need this passport to reach me in durban before this date : id number of application : ********** 481085</p>
