Pero service delivery

It's day 3 of coming to home affairs Khayelitsha with no help, everyday around 10 their system goes offline and it's the same story for the 3 days I have been coming here. Im currently standing at the line which had a very slow movement and again their system is down. How do we apply for ID's if home affairs systems are permanently offline at the same time everyday
