PERMIT LOST - UNABLE TO TRAVEL

<p> I've app**** for my daughter's study permit in April 2014 which was issued in January 2015 according to an SMS I've received. From then till April 2015 I've went numerous times to the Randfontein office to collect, but were told roundabout the end of April 2015 that it was sent back to the Braamfontein office. However, the Braamfontein office claims that they didn't receive it.</p> <p>Ever since I've sent e-mails, phoned etc, but nobody is able to assist me to get the paperwork right.</p> <p>In the meantime I've received notice yesterday that my mother, who stays in Windhoek, is critically ill. Without the permit I'm not able to travel abroad with my daughter, and will have to leave her behind if I want to go see my mom. I've informed the DHA about my situation yesterday, but after numerous e-mails I haven't received any feedback yet.</p> <p>Is there anyone that you know that might be able to assist me with finding out what to do to get paperwork to enable me to go with her to Windhoek.</p> <p>Please I need assistance.</p>
