Permit *****. ******* officials

I really want to know what one should do with these home affairs official who does not act on a complaint. They are ******* and don't care about the residents of this country. I have been complaining since 2017 about my name being **********ly used to obtain residence permits. I emailed and even went to immigration offices. I contacted the officials in charge but up until now nothing. The person just continue to use my name and pay the officials to get his permit renewed by using my name. Yet home affairs is on the news saying how they will take action about these issues yet still they don't heed to one's cry for help. In my emails and communication with them I provided proof but still they do nothing. It's been 5 years now. This is so wrong and disgusting. They are determined to protect they officials and don't care about the citizens.
