Permanent Residency Application Lost!!!!!!

After waiting 20 months after I have app**** for Permanent Residency to be told they have lost my application and I will need to just re-apply. <br> The hard work and stress that I put into the application I will never repeat I am british married to a South African 9 years and now my relative permit expires in February 2016 leaving me with no choice but to move back to Scotland as I refuse to ever deal with the incompetence of home affairs and the South African London where I app**** and had interview.I<br> feel sick with it all if this isnt resolved fast with appologies I will be leaving the country never to return.
