PERMANENT RESIDENCE APPLICATION

Good Morning, Please I need your assistance with my applications and the May the Good Lord Bless you as you look into my Application.. I apply for my Permanent Residence in April 2017, It will be 3 years in 3 months time and I honestly don’t know what is happening or what to do, Have been calling the office for over 2 years and they kept asking me to call back every 2 weeks which they end up telling me the same thing that they still looking into it, Please I need your assistant to look into my application so I can know what is happening, maybe any of my documents need replacement or anything at all......This is my details below

Complain was made on the application in 2017 and this is the Case No below

Also Anytime I try to check it on the Home Affairs Website, this is what it says..

Application for THOMPSON EHEDU ALABI has been received at DHA on 25 Apr 2017
