Permanent residence

Good day

I have been waiting for over 5 years for my husbands Permanent Resident, I have gone back and forth with Home Affairs and have sent numerous email but still I have not been assisted, So please tell me what must we do no so we can get the help that we deserve my family is suffering at the process cause my husband cant get permanent jobs.

I am so heart broken in disappointed in your service, WHEN ARE WE GETTING THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS ???
