PEOPLE PRETENDING TO BE EMPLOYERS OF HOME AFFAIRS

I went to above for changing of ownership of two vehicles. A black guy who pretended to be an employer help me by completing the forms and said I can wait in my car, he will see that I will be helped quickly. After two hours I was still waiting and on inquiry he informed me that there is only one cashier and that is why it is taking so long. He came to fetch my money, on the old forms the amount was R264 and I gave him R628 in total (R100 for him helping me). He brought forms and when I asked him about my change because these ones were only R156, he ran away. <br> <br> I then went to the other people also seemed to be 'employers' and they told me he is being operating at Home Affairs in Pretoria City as well.<br> <br> I went to report it at the Police on the premises - they said they cannot help me, although it is a daily problem with many people that experienced the same.<br> <br> I then went to Sinoville Police, they also said to me there is nothing they can do about is.
