Pending ID

Hi there, <br> <br> Can someone explain to me why it takes the entire year to rectify the departments mistake on my identity document????<br> <br> It took a year for the rectification to be done and now I've been waiting for a month for my new identity document, I couldn't register to vote and now I need to register my kids for the new academic year and I've got no ID. <br> <br> Can someone competent work on my request because this is really ridiculous. <br> <br> I've been calling your call centre department for the past week and getting no response, does it still exist???<br> <br> I need a response on this matter as soon as possible.<br> <br>
