PATRICIA A VERY RUDE HOME AFFAIRS AGENT

I went to the Home affairs today in Nyanga and while there had to wait until 8am because that is the opening time,the workers arrived 8:30 to 9:00 am and had us wait another 4 hours outside on a cold,when we got inside the reception and workers were smelling of alcohol and we were made to wait another 4 to hours before getting assistance until I managed to get to a photo booth and get photos. After the photos were taken I was then called to go to SIYA who requested that I call my husband to send the documents via email and he will assist me while waiting for the documents he asked another person to come,he helped the person then rudely discarded me and told me to go to PATRICIA MASONGO who was very rude to me,who didn't even let me explain anything as she continued to tell me on my face that she won't help me,she didn't tell me to go get married to foreigners,PATRICIA switched off my details just in front of me without even telling me what I need to do to fix this as she kept on repeating herself that she refuses to help, she then passed me on to SIYA again who at the time had loads of people to take pictures of as they just came in,he also refused helping and told me I need to wait until he's done helping those people he will see If he can do something.I feel very violated,feel hurt that I wasted a whole day for nothing and to be treated rudely.
