Pathetic stuff in ladysmith home affairs

The dept of home affairs in ladysmith kwazulu natal is the most pathetically run govt organization i have ever come across .. absolute chaos , no order at all .. does this place even have a manager ? The stuff is rude , counters are left unattended.. this is absolute incompetence paid for by our tax monies
