<p>27 November 2015 went to baramall..app**** for unabridged birth certificate for my kids till today I still have not received them called in March was advised they have not been done case was logged. Friday 10 June called the call center to inquire the call center agenda advised me that they still not processed and the is no reason but she will log another case but can not give me a case number their system is offline...my daughter is going to grade 8 next year and we need her unabridged birth certificate, I now need to go to home affairs and request a letter for me to be able travell with them all because some one us sitting and not doing his or job I need to suffer can some body please tell me what's the hold up.
